The machine bed is made of a steel plate welded as a whole, with a compact structure, light weight, and good rigidity.
The trajectory of the tool holder is inclined to the vertical supporting surface of the lower blade, which can obtain a better shearing section. The upper blade can be adjusted with a lifting screw to minimize the burrs on the cutting edge.
The pressure device adopts pneumatic pressure (optional), which has a faster response speed than traditional mechanical pressure. The pressure plate and foot have anti-slip pads, a large pressure force, and will not damage the surface of the sheet.

This machine tool uses a completely independent closed gearbox, which is directly mounted on the spindle for rotation. It has a compact structure, good gear lubrication, low noise, and long life.
This machine tool does not have a clutch and flywheel, and directly uses an electromagnetic braking motor to drive the shearing, reducing the idling time of the motor and saving energy to a certain extent.
The front stopper of this machine tool has a scale to display the size, and the rear stopper is controlled by a well-known brand CNC control system.
