Pre-operation Preparation
Equipment Inspection: Confirm that the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil levels are normal, the electrical system is undamaged, the emergency stop button is effective, and the die is securely installed and the gap meets the requirements.
Environmental Inspection: Clear any debris from the work area, ensure good lighting and ventilation, and ensure that fire-fighting facilities are complete.
Personal Protection: Wear safety helmets, safety glasses, and anti-slip shoes, and avoid loose clothing or jewelry that could get caught in the equipment.
Standard Operating Procedures
Start-up Steps:
Run without a load for 1-2 minutes to test for any abnormal sounds or vibrations.
When adjusting the die gap and bending parameters (pressure, stroke), the slider must be stopped at the top dead center.
Processing:
The sheet metal must be pressed down to prevent warping. Hands must not be inserted between the upper and lower dies. When multiple people are operating, a designated person should be in charge.
Do not bend extra-thick, quenched steel plates or materials that exceed the equipment's capabilities.
Shutdown Steps: Turn off the hydraulic system and then cut the power. Clean the worktable and place wooden blocks to prevent the upper slide from falling unexpectedly.
Precautions
Prohibited Actions: Do not adjust the die or touch moving parts while the equipment is running. Smoking, drinking, and other irrelevant activities are strictly prohibited.
Abnormal Handling: If any equipment abnormalities (such as unusual noises or oil leaks) are found, immediately stop the machine, cut the power, and report for repair.
Maintenance Requirements: Regularly replace hydraulic oil, clean filters, and check the wear and tear of key components.
